We hired Varoco to do a complete kitchen renovation. They were timely and professional. Fabulous attention to detail with solid wood cabinets and dovetailed joinery. Building relationships with their clients is key and they go above and beyond with their customer service. Project included replacing flooring, installing a pocket door and transom window between the kitchen and pantry, re-orienting the kitchen to provide an island while keeping the kitchen open and functional. They incorporated all of our ideas into their designs. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.

I’m a client of Juan Varela who is currently doing work on my kitchen in Guelph On. Upon meeting with Juan and his associate they clearly outlined the work and financial amounts based on my budget and requests for my kitchen renovations. I was provide with 2 invoices which broke down the cost for each job which included what was provided by Juan and his associate and as well listed the material I am responsible for. The invoices as well included the schedule of payments to be received and at this time all work and payments are in line with what we agreed upon. Mr. Varela provided us with a written estimate to renovate the kitchen cabinets, a new island, a new countertop and new doors, including paneling and ceiling moldings. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the estimate, terms and conditions and the total amount of work to be done along with deposits and final payment. We asked him about other alternatives that would be cost effective in a total renovation. They provided us with samples of the cabinets and stain to obtain our consent. Terms and conditions were also provided where the price included materials, labor, assembly, finishing, delivery and installation on the premises without any hardware. We are very pleased with his work and, per his specific quote, he has maintained a very high standard and has not deviated in any way by cutting details or using inferior materials. We have now hired him to remodel our fireplace and mantel. We are proud of our newly renovated kitchen and have recommended him to our friend.
